How to qualify by December 31, 2026: if we install your cabinets, pay the deposit, which covers the cabinets in full; if you buy the cabinets without our installation, pay the whole amount.

Two Ways to Qualify Before December 31, 2026
The 40% is the same either way. What you pay by the deadline depends on who installs the cabinets.
We design, supply and install
Pay your deposit by December 31, 2026. The deposit covers the cabinets in full, at 40% off list price. Installation is priced on your quote and is not discounted.
Supply only
Buying the cabinets for your own installer or a builder? Pay the whole amount by December 31, 2026 and the cabinets are 40% off list price.

What 40% Off List Price Looks Like
Forty percent off list means you pay 60% of the list price of your cabinets. These rows are arithmetic examples, not quotes; your price comes from the cabinets in your design.
| Cabinets at list price | 40% off | You pay for the cabinets |
|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | $2,000 | $3,000 |
| $10,000 | $4,000 | $6,000 |
| $15,000 | $6,000 | $9,000 |
| $25,000 | $10,000 | $15,000 |
A worked example
Say the cabinets in your design list at $10,000. Forty percent off is $4,000, so the cabinets cost $6,000. If we are installing, the deposit you pay by December 31, 2026 covers that $6,000 for the cabinets in full, and installation is priced on your quote at its normal rate. If it is supply only, you pay the whole amount by December 31, 2026.
When you compare cabinet deals, ask each seller the same three questions: what the percentage is taken off, whether installation is included in the discount, and the date the price ends. Here the answers are list price, no, and December 31, 2026.
Every Cabinet Line We Sell, Same 40%
The discount is not limited to one collection: all of the cabinet lines we sell are included at 40% off list price. That lets you pick the door style, wood species and finish first, then see the price, instead of choosing a cabinet because it is the one on sale. Our kitchen cabinets page walks through stock, semi-custom and custom cabinets and the door styles you can see in the showroom, and our Shaker vs. flat panel guide helps if you are still deciding on a look.

The minimum is 5 cabinets. If you are planning only part of a kitchen, tell us at the consultation which pieces you need and we will tell you whether the order qualifies.

Sales Tax on Kitchen Cabinets in New Jersey
Whether you install the cabinets yourself or have them installed can change the tax. New Jersey's sales tax rate is 6.625%. The Division of Taxation's contractor bulletin S&U-3 treats sellers of kitchen cabinets who also install them as contractors, and says that when cabinets are sold without installation, sales tax is collected on the retail price. New kitchen cabinets that are installed are on the state's list of exempt capital improvements: when the installation is an exempt capital improvement and the homeowner gives a completed Certificate of Exempt Capital Improvement (Form ST-8), sales tax is not charged on the homeowner's bill. Ask us how your own order is taxed before you pay.

What is 40% off list price?
List price is the starting price of each cabinet before any discount. Forty percent off means you pay 60% of it: cabinets that list at $10,000 cost $6,000, a $4,000 saving. Ask for the list price and the discount on your quote in writing so you can see the 40% on your own order.
Is installation included in the 40% off?
No. The 40% is taken off the cabinets only. If Foreverbuilt installs your kitchen, installation is priced on your quote and is not discounted.
What do I have to pay by December 31, 2026?
It depends on who installs. If Foreverbuilt is installing, you pay the deposit by December 31, 2026, and that deposit covers the cabinets in full. If you are buying the cabinets without our installation, you pay the whole amount by December 31, 2026.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, a minimum of 5 cabinets.
Which cabinet brands or lines are on sale?
All of the cabinet lines Foreverbuilt sells are included at the same 40% off list price. You can compare door styles, wood species and finishes at the Ewing Township showroom before you choose.
When do kitchen cabinets go on sale?
Stores run sales at different times of year. This one is a year-end sale: 40% off list price on cabinetry for orders paid by December 31, 2026. Because the design and quote come before payment, start early enough to finish your design before the deadline.
Do you pay sales tax on kitchen cabinets in New Jersey?
It depends on whether they are installed. New Jersey's sales tax rate is 6.625%. The Division of Taxation's bulletin S&U-3 says a seller that sells cabinets without installing them collects sales tax on the retail price. New kitchen cabinets that are installed are on the state's list of exempt capital improvements; when the installation is an exempt capital improvement and the homeowner gives the installer a completed Form ST-8, sales tax is not charged on the homeowner's bill.
